We had a great stay at the Lakeside Motel in Taupo! the room was compact but comfortable, and the spa bath was a welcome treat after a long day of walking. the location overlooking Lake Taupo was breathtaking, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. They gave us clear directions for self, check, in and even helped us with changing the payment card. the rooms were well, equipped, with a clean bathroom and kitchenette. we had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this place. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

The location is fantastic with Great Lake Taupo within walking distance and the room has beautiful scenic views of the lake.

It was just an excellant experiance its location was good it was quiet and management and staff were there to serve and everything was clean would reaconmend and stay again

They offer a variety of delicious breakfast options and have spacious, modern rooms with a kitchenette and blackout curtains.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the high quality linens and towels that were changed daily. The facilities were well-equipped and the location was perfect, right across from an awesome swimming beach and only a short walk away from the town centre. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Executive Motel, stall were friendly and accommodation was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was that the spa bath was not working.

the gentleman who checked us in was awesome. very friendly and particularly generous about helping ourselves to the morning paper from the pile, because we were departing early in the morning. the parking facility was fantastic

we had a horrendous sleep there because the guests in the unit above were using the bathroom several times in the night and each time they turned the tap on the plumbing reverberated and made a noise that honestly sent you into next week.. we are tolerant and understanding that there is noise but not to this level. We would only stay there in future if we could be selective about which room we were in

The owner was extremely welcoming and did everything to ensure a pleasant stay. the room was superb and had everything we needed. It was so lovely to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the sun with a glimpse of the lake.
